Met with a small group of TAH teachers today for the start of a two day training that will prep them for their 2005 summer colloquium.

Once again, my faith in quality teachers has been renewed. About twenty people were here talking about history and what’s best for kids. Sharing ideas and having fun together. Dr. Bruce Mactavish of Washburn University said it well, “You are teachers who laugh when they talk about history!”

Meaning, it’s fun! They enjoy it and want their kids to enjoy it. (and learn something along the way!)

Anyway . . . a good day. It’s not all bad out in education land!
