UPDATE – Julie from the Barat / Teaching With Primary Sources group posted a link to a very cool NPR article. NPR asked listeners of the State of the Union to list three words describing the speech. They created their own Wordle with separate versions broken out by political affiliation.
A great way to use Wordle to engage kids in conversation. (Though you may need to white out at least one word on both the Republican and Independent versions.)
